Lead a high-impact role. Live the Kimberley lifestyle.

Love rural life and want a leadership role that makes an impact? Join ORDCO and lead our merchandising team across crop protection, fertiliser, seed, packaging, irrigation, fuel, and general merchandise.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of sales performance, inventory strategy, supplier partnerships, and team direction—driving growth and playing a key part in the future of the business.

About the role
You’ll lead the commercial performance and strategic direction of ORDCO’s merchandise and input supply business across crop protection, fertiliser, seed, packaging, irrigation, fuel, and general merchandise.

Working closely with growers, pastoral clients, suppliers, agronomy and operations teams, you’ll play a central role in supporting agricultural production across the East Kimberley in North-Eastern Western Australia. You’ll balance strong commercial performance with smart inventory planning, supplier partnerships, and long-term growth opportunities in one of Australia’s most unique and strategically important water-secure agricultural regions.

From pricing and forecasting through to identifying new market opportunities and leading seasonal campaigns, you’ll bring commercial judgement, leadership capability, and a hands-on approach to a role with genuine autonomy and influence.

About you
You’re a results-driven professional with a strong sales background and solid experience managing stock and inventory. You’re confident leading a team, building relationships, and making commercial decisions that drive profitability.

Experience in agriculture is highly regarded, however, we will be prepared to train a motivated professional who has other industry backgrounds.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong sales and commercial acumen

  • Experience in inventory and warehouse management

  • Ability to build and manage supplier and customer relationships

  • Leadership capability and team development skills

  • A proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment

Why here?

  • Live in one of Australia’s most unique and remote regions—world-class fishing, boating, gorges, waterfalls, and rugged ranges

  • Enjoy an outdoor lifestyle with adventure right on your doorstep

  • Join a well-established, close-knit, and respected business in the East Kimberley

  • Make a real impact in a key leadership role with the autonomy to drive results
