BRAMS is seeking a full-time Allied Health Manager to join its Community Services leadership team in Broome, WA. Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary allied health team, strengthen service quality, and ensure safe, responsive, and culturally appropriate care across community programs.
Lead and support Allied Health Therapists, Assistants, and Trainees across multiple programs.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality, evidence-based service delivery.
Oversee allied health assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.
Support service quality, compliance, clinical risks, incidents, and continuous improvement activities.
Build strong working relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, OR membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
Demonstrated leadership experience within allied health, aged care, disability, community health, or a related clinical environment.
Strong understanding of aged care programs, NDIS services, and contemporary community health service delivery.
Sound knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement principles.
Understanding of culturally safe practice and a genuine commitment to working alongside Aboriginal communities.
Earn $140K – $160K PLUS Super, $1,300 Remote Area Allowance, and up to $5K Relocation Assistance.
