are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is an opportunity for a confident retail professional who brings proven sales

experience, strong client relationships, and a genuine passion for delivering an

exceptional customer experience. For the right candidate, there is potential to grow into

a full-time role as the business evolves.

About the Role

You will play a key role in representing our brand, sharing the story behind our

handcrafted jewellery, and creating a refined and memorable boutique experience for

both locals and visitors.

What We’re Looking For

 Demonstrated experience in retail or sales (jewellery or luxury retail highly

regarded)

 A confident, polished communicator with strong closing skills

 Ability to build genuine relationships with clients and deliver personalised

service

 Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently

 Must be a current Broome resident and committed to the local community

 Available to work a shared weekend roster
